Terms of Use for TasteLog

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the TasteLog mobile application (the "Service") operated by HunersApps.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

The Service

TasteLog provides a personal journaling service for your dining experiences. The core features are available for free. A premium subscription, "TasteLog Pro," is available as an auto-renewable subscription, which unlocks additional features such as iCloud Sync & Backup.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or post within the app, including photos, notes, and ratings ("Content"). You represent that you have all necessary rights to your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws. You retain all of your rights to any Content you submit.

Subscriptions

TasteLog Pro is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or anually). Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post any illegal, harmful, or infringing Content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the app.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended personal journaling use.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
